Does the A54 5G require a 5G SIM or does it also work with a 4G SIM?

I am happy to confirm that I bought this smartphone here at Digitec about 3 months ago.
The Swisscom 4G SIM card, which is about 7 years old, worked straight away.
Therefore, no 5G SIM card is necessary to operate the device in the 4G network.
