does the 6X also have the LTE frequency band 20 ?
No, only bands 1, 3, 7, 8, 38 are listed in the specifications under Connectivity > LITE frequency bands. You will also find the same information for the "Global" model under [1].
According to [1], band 20 is only supported on the US model.
