Does the 120 mm version have a 4-pin plug, PWM, like the 140? I ask because, unlike the 140 version, PWM is no longer mentioned in the title.

There is a PWM and a non-PWM version. Unfortunately, this is not mentioned in the title. But it is in the description. (This offer is the PWM variant)
This is a PWM fan. Exactly the same as the 140mm variant with the same mounting methods. No screwing or twisting, just plugging it in and applying pressure to keep it in place.
