Does only the version with the German layout have the extra white keycaps or also the Swiss version?

The Swiss version also has the white "Esc" and "Enter" keys. The keyboard came prebuilt and has no black interchangeable keys.

Yes, the Swiss M1 V5 also comes with white ISO Enter and ESC buttons.
