Question about Satechi USB 3.0 hub in Mac design
Does it work without power supply (DC) or is it necessary to supply the hub with power for it to work at all?

The hub must already be supplied with power in order to function. But then you have 10 ports that work perfectly.
I wouldn't want to do without this hub.
