Does it switch off when it has fully charged another device???

It switches off when the consumer is fully charged. This powerbank is extremely small and light in relation to its capacity (I don't know of any other with that good a ratio), and has an LED indicator for the charging status. A really cool part.

Yes, the power bank switches off as soon as the connected device is fully charged. (And it does not continue to discharge afterwards if the device remains connected.
