Does it replace a traditional hoover? And does it clean up dry stains on the floor?

In my opinion, the appliance does not replace a hoover. You have to go over dried stains a little more often or soak them briefly.
No, it doesn't replace a hoover. And it doesn't clean dried stains either, it vacuums and mops hard floors and carpets as normal. Not suitable for heavy soiling
