Does it charges Sony Alpha A7 IV camera battery (NP-FZ100 battery 2280 mAh)? And now long does it takes to charge?

Charging is best done overnight. When the batteries are full, they will last a long time.

Yes, it charges it and from my experience (with 20w charging plug) it takes about 4h

Yes it does. I bought it for the A7 IV aswell. Can't tell you an exact time but it charges quickly in my opinion.
