does dualsim work in Switzerland with the mobile phone without restrictions? Is this mobile phone certified and approved for dualsim in Switzerland?

The DualSim works wonderfully. The phone is imported from HK, so it supports virtually all frequencies. I don't know exactly what you mean by "certification". Swisscom doesn't like dual-sim, and neither do the other providers. Anyway, I have two Swisscom cards in it (business/private) and it works wonderfully. I no longer have problems with SMS like I had with earlier models (delayed delivery of SMS).
You don't get bells and whistles like VoLTE or WiFiCall, because that's special firmware and would have to be activated by Swisscom.

Good evening, does this device have two sim card slots plus one SD memory card slot (i.e. a total of 3 slots) or only one sim card slot and one hybrid sim and SD memory card slot (i.e. a total of 2 slots)? Thank you very much for your help.
