I am confused... One writes yes, two questions below another writes no?!?!!

According to our information, Apple Intelligence, including functions such as Siri and other AI-based services, is available and working in Switzerland.

Should work as Switzerland is not in the eu 👍

For sure I’ll not buy iphone 16 before I really know ..
