Question about Apple Magic Keyboard

Does anyone with Windows 10 also have the '<' and '§' keys reversed? Is there an acceptable solution to this problem without installing additional software? The correct symbol is printed on the keys (hardware), but a different input appears under Windows: key § directly under 'esc' / key < to the left of 'shift' / These are the only keys that are swapped for me. The rest of the keys are OK.

Apple keyboards are not designed to run on a PC and vice versa ( Windows keyboard on Mac => same problem). As far as I know, this problem cannot be solved without software. (But maybe someone knows better ;) )
