Does anyone know why my headset sometimes suddenly goes out even though it still has enough battery? I've only had the arctis 7 for about 6 months and this has been happening for 2 days now. Really annoying :/

Yes - probably already. Uninstall the tool supplied by SteelSeries, because it has a so-called "power-saving mode" activated ... but activating or deactivating it made no difference to me. Spontaneously switch off, even in the middle of a conversation.
