Question about Logitech MK470

Does anyone know what to do? I bought the product 2 months ago, but now the mouse no longer works 😔 The keyboard works without any problems, changing the battery including reinstalling it, or testing it on another laptop did not help either, even Logitech's customer service could not or would not help.
