Does anyone know what to do? I bought the product 2 months ago, but now the mouse no longer works 😔 The keyboard works without any problems, changing the battery including reinstalling it, or testing it on another laptop did not help either, even Logitech's customer service could not or would not help.

I bought the product in January 2023 and have never had any problems with it to date. I use it with my notebook.
So unfortunately I can't give any advice, apart from a replacement!
