Question about Lenovo Idea Tab Pro

Does anyone know what exactly the differences are between these 4 models? https://www.digitec.ch/comparison/53791920-53949894-59290179-54738037 If the most expensive model (item number 54738037) actually includes the Lenovo Tab Pen Plus, possibly the power supply and the detachable keyboard, then the price difference of max. 124.- is understandable. But nowhere in the product details is it clear whether or what is actually included in the scope of delivery, In my opinion, this should definitely be corrected or added for all 4 models. THANK YOU
