Question about Apple HomePod 1st Gen.

Does anyone know this? We already have five Sonos Play 1s and would like to get this HomePod. is it possible to integrate the Sonos via the HomePod? Not that I have to choose between listening to HomePod or Sonos.

With Sonos 1 (supports Airplay 2 since July 2018) it is possible.

I myself have 2 Sonos 1 and a Play 5 and can control the Sonos wonderfully via my Homepod (siri).
Of course also via Apple TV, Macs, Iphone and Ipad.

With a Sonos 1, Sonos Play 1 can also be controlled via Airplay 2!

I don't have any Sonos devices to test this, but integration should be possible in principle. Simply via Airplay 2, which has recently been supported by Sonos devices (https://blog.sonos.com/en...). Audio is streamed from an iPhone and not directly from the device itself. What will certainly not work, however, is playback via the Sonos app, as the HomePod itself only supports Airplay 2 and Apple Music.
