Question about Aukey 8 in 1 USB C Hub

Does anyone know if this part works with a Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio without any problems? We have tried another adapter (ISY IAD-1025) from another supplier, but when I try to use a USB port (USB dongle for mouse and keyboard), HDMI and the Ethernet port together there, it doesn't work (mouse and keyboard are then no longer functional, somehow have no connection (when I connect the USB dongle for mouse and keyboard directly to the laptop, mouse and keyboard work). Thank you for your opinions!

I don't have a Surface connected either, but a ThinkPad. Works fine so far with mouse, keyboard, headset, HDMI for second screen and Ethernet.

I don't have a Surface but a hp or a ThinkPad laptop, both with Windows 10, connected. I have the Logitec USB dongle (mouse and keyboard), Ethernet and HDMI connected and everything works fine.
