Does anyone have this that reacts sensitively to the PWM flickering? I have read that it has a high heart PWM flickering. I've tried a lot of smartphones but none of them worked

I am not sensitive to PWM flickering, but maybe this helps.

Based on this article it can go as low as 90Hz, not sure in what cases though.
