Does anyone have a tip on how to make it so that two (identical) external screens can be used by a Windwos device? The docking station only recognises 1 screen at a time, the second remains black (no signal).

It is possible that the graphics unit of your Windows device is too weak to display two screens correctly. This can happen especially if the screens have a high resolution. A defect cannot be ruled out either, and if this is a possibility, I recommend that you register the device with us as a warranty case.
