Question about Glorious PC Gaming Race Model O

Does anyone else have problems with the sensor? At the beginning everything was fine, but since one or two weeks the mouse is spinning. When aiming with the right mouse button in FPS and then shooting with the left mouse button, the sensor sometimes doesn't register the downward movement during spray control... . I have also noticed the same thing with sideways movements. Firmware update, driver reinstallation. Unfortunately, none of this has helped. Very tedious :(
