Question about NVIDIA Shield TV (remote only)
Does anyone else have problems with the Remote? From a distance of approx. 3m from the Shield, there are constant lags, even with a direct line of sight. Without a direct connection, nothing works at all. Firmware up to date.
Both changing the battery and replacing the Shield did nothing. I switched off all Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices.
This seems to be a known problem with the 2017 model. I suspect the problem is more with the Shield itself, as the same problem also occurs with a PS4 controller, which works perfectly with the Playstation.
I initially had the same problem. It helped to change the batteries and to have fewer devices with activated Bluetooth in the vicinity.
No problems with the small remote control, it works perfectly. However, I never use it very far away from the Shield as it is located directly behind my TV.
