Does anyone also sometimes have "Bluetooth" transmission problems? By this I mean noise and/or short interruptions? I use a Galaxy S7. When I'm on the move, with my phone in my pocket, I sometimes experience brief interruptions. So far, however, not too often. I haven't had this with the Sony headphones. There is no firmware update for M2 AEBT (1.0). Is it worth making a warranty claim here? Do you also have these problems?
Hello, I would like to mention here that the connection quality concerns the Momentum product range.
When you are out and about in the city, there are often interruptions in the connection (crackling).
Tested, different mobile phones
-S7, HTC
Tested different headphones
Momentum Over-Ear (2 different due to warranty exchange from Sennheiser)
Momentum On-Ear
Tested with different applications, different audio quality levels (192/320kbps)/streaming
Tested with different Bluetooth codecs (via development options in Android settings).
Tested whether it's the noise cancelling (microphones taped shut) and no it's not the overloaded noise cancelling.
It's a shame that these headphones have this problem, as they offer the best sound balance between high-mid and low tones for my taste and for others. The bass is rich and powerful, exactly balanced, not like other manufacturers.
I have never had this great sound experience with any other headphones, Sony, BOSE, B&O.
I will certainly keep the headphones, but I won't stop looking for the best.
The new B&B Pure might be something.
Hello, my interruptions were too extreme to accept. On the road in town, at traffic lights, low voltage lines they were constant. 15 minute walk 15 interruptions (city).
Sennheiser support was very friendly and helpful. After my own test, the headphones were replaced on the spot. Thank you
Hello everyone, first of all thank you for the answers.
It rarely happens while cycling, but more often in the city, near low-voltage lines it doesn't take much (trolley bus). If I then cover the mobile phone with the palm of my hand during poor contact, it leads to a total interruption (connection not lost).
Following the tip, I deleted all my Bluetooth connections. I will not connect my Fitibt Ionic (fitness tracker), which is connected via Bluetooth, for the time being to see if the problem persists.
I also have an S7 and noticed that when BLE keyboard, mouse is connected, it sometimes "jerks". The solution was to "re-pair" the headphones during the malfunction, then it worked ;) I can now use the BLE keyboard/mouse and listen to music with the S7 without any malfunctions.
I have that from time to time. But especially always in the same place.
