Question about Huawei P20 Pro

Does a Huawei P20 Pro have aggressive RAM management? What did I do? Answered a phone call with a CallerID. What did I expect? Blockage of the CallerID by the configured third party app such as search. e.g. Blockage of a call from a call centre. Functioning CallerID detection also in third-party apps on a Huawei P20. What happened instead? The phone callerID detection does not seem to work in third party apps such as search etc. on the Huawei P20 Pro. Especially when streaming service is running at the same time as the call.
