Question about Dell USB-C to

Does 4k @ 60Hz work with the Macbook 12" 2017. (Hdmi only brings 30Hz). A normal USB-C <-> Displayport cable brings 4K@60Hz but I want to charge the Macbook 12" additionally (of course). Is this possible / does anyone have experience?
