Do you think 15W is still enough nowadays when even the Watch Ultra could be (quickly) charged with 18W?

Hello,
I have this 4 in 1 charger and a latest generation Apple Watch. It's true that the watch charges faster when I connect it to a more powerful charger, but for my use, with the Zens iPad charger, that's enough.
Are there faster 4-in-1 alternatives?
