Question about Jaybird Tarah Pro

There are 3 sizes of ear tips that come with the headphones.
The smallest one is almost too big for my ears but it still works.
The wings are part of the tip, so you can't separate them.
I'm not sure how to use them, but I'm not sure how to use them in the same way as the other earphones.
I've been using them for a while now, but I'm not sure if I'm going to use them for anything else.
