Do you not hold your external suppliers responsible to report and keep their delivery times correctly? I ordered the device on 25.06. when it was shown as available, immediately after that the availability was set to "in clarification" and I received an email about it. Since then, the availability changed constantly last week and my order was still not shipped. Now it just says "in clarification" again. I understand that demand is high and there are only so many units it has. Nevertheless, as a customer I would like to have clear and above all correct information about my order.
If they still don't have any new information, what exactly should they write to you?
"Sorry, we don't have any information" will certainly help you.
You've already written that demand is high. This is the case with practically all mobile phones that are in high demand.
