Do they hold up well during sport?
No problem for me. You just have to use the right rubber attachments.
Absolutely no problem when jogging on the treadmill (60-90 minutes). You just have to try out the right size for the best fit. I am satisfied.
I only tried them when cycling, they were not ideal for me
