Why shouldn't they? How many slots must be occupied depends on the mainboard. The manual of the respective mainboard will tell you in which order you have to place them. Dual channel (2 RAM) is actually supported by every mainboard and filling all available slots must be possible anyway. 
Memory clock frequency is also no problem, as the RAM only has 2133MHz and 2933MHz is possible.
