Question about Corsair Vengeance LPX
Do these work with the Treadripper 2990wx? Even if only 2 are inside? (Max. memory clock frequency: 2933MHz Memory type: DDR4: Memory channels 4 They are compatible with the mainboard....

Why shouldn't they? How many slots must be occupied depends on the mainboard. The manual of the respective mainboard will tell you in which order you have to place them. Dual channel (2 RAM) is actually supported by every mainboard and filling all available slots must be possible anyway.
Memory clock frequency is also no problem, as the RAM only has 2133MHz and 2933MHz is possible.

Merci for the answer! I just got the one with 3000mhz this week, it didn't work and I'm a bit unsure... but I'll keep checking the asus board... lg
