Do the earplugs fit well in small ear canals and small ear cups? I usually have trouble with in-ears because they fall out all the time and don't hold properly.

I have the same problem :-(
With in-ears, I have to try different plugs for a longer period of time. Sometimes it is also the case that the same plug size holds differently with different in-ears.
