Do I need the Android or iOS version of these headphones to connect to a Surface (WIn10)?

Helpful answer
Both variants have a cable with a 3.5mm connector and work with the Surface. The Android or iOS variant is only relevant for use with a corresponding smartphone (because of the remote control).
