I'm not quite sure what you mean by phantom power. The mic gets enough power via the usb for operation including headphones. So only 1 cable needed

No, the microphone does NOT need a phantom power supply. A normal (high-quality) USB cable is included (USB-A to USB mini) and the mic is powered via this and registered on the computer as a microphone.

A phantom power supply is typically required for condenser microphones, which are then normally connected via 3-pin XLR plugs.

The information about this in the product description is incorrect.
