Do I need a 3.5mm audio input on the computer? Or can I connect the microphone via USB?

Good evening
The microphone is connected to the PC via a USB cable. The microphone itself, however, has a 3.5mm connector into which you can plug a headphone and thus listen to your voice in real time.
