Do I have to install an additional graphics card or is this one enough (no gaming) with the processor? Intel Core i5-10600K (LGA 1200, 4.10GHz, 6-Core) Thank you.

The processor's graphics card is good enough for all non-time-critical applications such as office work, photo editing, etc.
