Do any of you have the i7 NUC as a Plex server on the network?

I use the i7 NUC as an Emby server (Plex alternative) runs 1a with multiple 1080p HD streams transcoding at the same time (with vaapi enabled)
I have Debian(Linux) running on my i7 NUC, Docker installed on it and then a Plex Docker container started, which has been running for about 6 months now.
It runs pretty stable and all requirements are met. The only disadvantage: when you transcode the video files before they are streamed, the CPU fan of the NUC switches to full load, and you can hear it very well. So either put the NUC in the basement or provide downscaled video files in advance.
