Question about Benro Gd3wh

Do any of you have experience with long exposures in studio macro? I bought the head to record my work on a studio table. When I looked at them on the computer, I was shocked to discover that all of them were blurred, completely all of them with longer exposure times! Is this due to the head, the aluminium tripod (Manfrotto 190) or the old flat or all three?
