Question about Ugreen USB-C Card Reader CM401

Digitech, you are so out of touch. I used to buy 90% of my products from you and only went elsewhere if there was no other option. Offers, prices and service were great. For a few years now, the prices have been less and less right and, above all, the service has hit rock bottom! Presumably the Marketing people have introduced Idiotistan here too. Well then, it's the other way round now: I'll only consider you if there's no other way. LG
