digitec is not listed as a participating retailer for CashBack at the URL https://promotion.asus.com/de/ch/winterdeals-2024. Is the promotion valid at digitec? The URL https://promotion.asus.com/de/ch/winterdeals23 is shown in the description of the cashback process. What applies now?

I would contact Asus directly; unfortunately I had the same problem with the Maximus Z890 Extreme. At first they said it didn't apply to Switzerland and I replied that this wasn't mentioned on the promotion, that the CHF was explicitly listed and that this was a blatant violation of Swiss consumer law - then it happened in no time at all and they sent me a promo code ;-)
