did any of you have the problem that no rgb works? i connected the power via sata, then it should actually light up, because the rgb controller is integrated or am i wrong?
Ok Yes then there is probably a defect, probably the phanteks controller :(, thanks for your answer, it has brought me further.
Yes, it should light up as soon as the PC is running (only then does power flow). My mainboard doesn't have a connection for RGB, but with power alone it lights up in the front and on one side, and can be switched on the panel at the top front.
Works for me without any problems. My mainboard doesn't have a digital RGB controller, so I can't use that and I haven't connected it. But if you simply connect the power supply (I think it was a SATA power connector?), then you can call up various programmes on the front of the panel ... there is a controller in there that has various effects on it.
As I understand it, the 3-pin connector to the integrated enclosure controller must also be plugged in (there are several RGB cables coming out of the front panel). Connect the one that is plugged into modern mainboards with the internal controller cable.
