Dell and some other shops state: For this reason, if you find even a single glowing pixel, it will be replaced under the Premium Panel Warranty. Does that also apply here?

If this is not covered by the normal warranty in the product description (which I don't think it is), then you would probably have to contact the manufacturer directly, as the Premium Panel warranty is offered by Dell and not Digitec.
