Question about Sony WH-1000XM5

Dear Digitec Community I have a question about replacing the ear pads. I've owned these headphones for a good 1.5 years now and I'm really happy with them. One problem that has now arisen, however, is that my ear pads have broken. I wanted to order original replacement pads, but I can't find any original spare parts online. I can't find any spare parts on the Sony website either. I didn't get a specific answer to my question from support either. My question: Has anyone had the same problem? If so, how did you get original spare parts or did you send the headphones back to Digitec and they took care of your problem? LG Maurus
