Question about Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Gen.) MagSafe Case

Dear Community, When I first bought the headphones, they worked fine for a few days. Suddenly, the noise suppression failed at regular intervals. By the time it had recovered, the sound image was distorted and listening to music was no longer very enjoyable. I had this problem with several different headphones. Has anyone else been affected by this problem? Fortunately I was able to return both headphones and bought the previous one (which also works perfectly). Has anyone else had this problem? Trying to find out if anyone else has or if I've just been unlucky. Kind regards
