Dear all When I connect the SSD via USB, I hear a sound, it is also displayed under Device Manager, but not in the drive or in Windows Explorer. So I cannot access the device. What can I do? I bought 2 of these SSDs and tried them on 2 different computers. Always the same problem. The problem seems to be known, but there is no solution that always works. Thanks to good Digitec advice, I was able to solve the problem. Download Windows Wizard from the G-Technologies website (https://www.g-technology.com/campaign...) and format the SSD for Windows 10. After that, it works perfectly.
