The thing sounds interesting, but I'm worried about forced login to Facebook, and possible account blocking. I read that there are problems at the moment, and the accounts are often blocked when you connect the Facebook account with the Oculus account. Has anyone here had problems? Can I return the device in such a case? I don't want to have a broken device.

Answer

I have not had any of these problems so far. The problem seems to exist mainly with accounts made especially for the quest. But you can make a support ticket in a case and then the account will be unlocked in most cases. I can't tell you for sure whether you can return the quest. I would call digitec support directly and ask.
