I don't think so. I tried it and was unsuccessful
Daisy-chaining requires a few things: a laptop or PC with at least one DisplayPort 1.2 connection, a monitor with at least one DisplayPort 1.2 IN and DisplayPort 1.2 OUT connection. DisplayPort 1.3, 1.4, USB C and Thunderbolt 3 connections with DisplayPort Alternative Mode are also possible
