Question about ASUS ROG XG Station 2
currently have an HP ProBook 470 G1. Since I like to play games on the laptop, I need more power. Is it worth spending the money on this or should I buy a new laptop right away?

There are much cheaper and better solutions like the one from Asus. I'm a fan of Asus, but they missed the mark with this product. Check out the Aorus Gaming Box 1080 / 1070, only half the price and runs great. I am very satisfied with it.
Unfortunately, you can't change much on a laptop. Therefore, it is worth buying a new laptop with a graphics card that is also suitable for gaming. What kind of games do you play? How much do you want to spend on the new laptop?
