Could you connect 3 of them in parallel and then connect the notebook to the '1st'? So notebook -> USB-C -> monitor1 -> monitor2 -> monitor3 How would you connect this from 1 -> 2 -> 3?

I don't know if you can connect these monitors to each other. I assume you mean serial and not parallel connection.
