Compatible with Amd processor ? And Msi mainboard? If not, is there a comparable card ?

You should already specify which processor or mainboard you mean.
Graphics cards are usually compatible with all current boards and processors.

I would still advise you to wait a few weeks for the 3080 or the 3070, as the new generations beat the old ones by far in price/performance.
