how is it possible to use the oculus touch without the rift glasses if you already have another pair of vr glasses for the pc?
No, that's not possible - Oculus Touch is only recognised by the Oculus software and must also be configured there. Two Oculus room sensors are also used for this - they then recognise where you are in the room and mark out the effective area.
