Charge 3 or Flip 4 would like to use you on the TV as well as on the computer. You should also be good outdoors in the pool/playing football.

I must add that it can be connected to the TV with a 3.5 jack cable, as with other devices, not only with Bluetooth as mentioned above.

I think this device is absolutely the best for any use. However, every device must also support Bluetooth, including the TV. What I personally appreciate is that several of these devices can be used together.
